Sharlene Turner
Sharlene has over fifteen years experience recruiting banking in the Australian, Asian & UK financial markets, having worked in the banking industry prior to moving into Recruitment in 1998. After completing a Bachelors degree from the University of Newcastle in 1996, Sharlene started her career in retail banking and institutional broking before moving to recruitment with a local agency; she was then part of the initial start up of Robert Half in Australia in 1999 where she established their investment banking operations desk. From there she moved to run the banking division on another local business, as well as time with Hudson before joining HSG as a founding partner.
Sharlene now specialises in the full gamut of institutional banking and wealth management roles, mainly at the executive level. She has managed accounts for full service financial services institutions as well as smaller funds. This combined with her personal background in banking, enables her to provide a fully consultative and educated provision of search and contingent recruitment services.
